Discussion was held to have orders sent in to Sue and the orders can be picked up at Hoosier Classic or State Fair. Chris will work with Megan to get this on the website. Evie had further info on the cake pans. We have to have rights to the design which Evie had drawn up. We have to have minimum of 15 to receive funds from this. Fundraiser price is $34 and club would get 40%. Discussion was held about ordering at the HC and then delivering at SF.

Teena reported that Patty advised her they have 1 contract back for a HC judge.
Tim announced that Robin Saum would be at our next meeting to discuss ADGA issues, pedigree/SG qualifications, etc. Feb meeting is Super Bowl Sunday and there was concern about traffic issues, etc. Due to an unfortunate issue with the “unofficial” IDGA Facebook page, discussion was held about trademarking IDGA so someone can’t use our name without our consent. Bonnie will get more information on this.
Teena gave a presentation on milk machine supplies and needs for the upcoming milking season. We greatly appreciate Teena sharing her knowledge and information on this subject.
